About the Course
Where Every Step Sparks a Sound — Music Through Movement and Play
Our Dalcroze-inspired classes, crafted by hand, elevate the experience of music through movement, rhythm games, improvisation, and creative play. Grounded in the esteemed Dalcroze Eurhythmics method, these sessions provide young children with a vibrant approach to internalizing musical concepts through physical expression. As an ideal introduction to music education, students enhance their coordination, listening skills, musical awareness, and develop a natural sense of rhythm and expression in an engaging, social environment.
Age Groups: 2-4 years old and 5-7 years old
Course Structure: 3 Progressive Stages per year (10 sessions each)

1st Stage
This course introduces musical elements such as tempo, dynamics, rhythm, pitch, and timbre to children through the orchestral storybook "Carnival of the Animals" using the Dalcroze approach. "Carnival of the Animals" is a characterful musical suite of 14 movements, including "The Swan," by French composer Camille Saint-Saëns. Each lesson incorporates storytelling, movement, instrumental exploration, and creative activities to ensure engaging and hands-on learning.
